drs/BONDED Collection Systems utilizes CR Software's® package of collection and account receivable software. CRS is a recognized leader in software technology and was designed specifically for the collection industry.

With CRS as our technology partner accounts are handled with maximum efficiency. An extensive database of current and former accounts in maintained for immediate access.

Mercury Dialer:
The Mercury dialer from CR Software® is incorporated in the collection system to provide real time updating and rapid file processing. Dialer campaigns improve account penetration and increase collection productivity.

Custom Collections:
Our goal is to make the placement process easy for the client. Accounts may be placed via fax, e-mail, diskette, tape or by mail. "We strive to make collection referrals easy for you!" Custom programming will allow client systems to interact with our database for placement, auditing, or remittance convenience.

Collection techniques can be tailored to your specific collection needs.

Custom reports are available upon request along with a large menu of standardized forms provided by CR Software®.

Pre-collect letter service can be customized to meet your needs. Pricing is based on the number of letters generated. There is no need to buy a box of forms or commit to a long drawn out processes or contracts.

Making Payments:
